Consistent with this philosophy, the coach of this team has a personal coaching philosophy that promotes: Player development, teamwork and fun. As the Development team for this age group we will develop into well rounded players as part of team. Having fun playing the game, and with teammates, while working on development of skill's and tactics will be the team's focus. Achievement will not be measured on the win loss record, but on the players individual progress and the team's progress through the season. Playing time will be balanced provided the player remains committed to their development and the team.
